This term our topic has been “The Farm”. A few of the things we have been doing are as follows: building barns and tractors at the duplo as well creating our own narratives at the small world and role play areas. We really enjoyed taking part in our hotseating activity when we took turns to take on the role of either Farmer Duck or the lazy farmer from the story “Farmer Duck”.
