After a 2 mile run to start the day on Tullagh beach, we had breakfast and then walked to a nearby river for paddle boarding. Some of us managed to stand up but a lot of us fell in! After lunch we completed a blindfolded obstacle course and then everyone showed great bravery during the crate stacking. We had a hearty dinner of spaghetti bolognese and then went back to the beach for more fun in the sea, marshmallows over the fire and then back to our cottage for a film with toast and hot chocolate before bed.
